The goal of Spider Solitaire is to build eight complete sequences from King to Ace in the same suit. When a complete sequence is formed, it's automatically removed from the board.
The game uses two standard 52-card decks (104 cards total)
Cards are dealt into 10 tableau columns
The first 4 columns get 6 cards each, the remaining 6 columns get 5 cards each
Only the top card of each column starts face up
The remaining 50 cards form the stock for dealing later
Build descending sequences regardless of suit (K, Q, J, 10, 9...)
Only sequences of the same suit can be moved together as a unit
Empty columns can hold any card or valid sequence
Face-down cards are revealed when the card above them is moved
When stuck, deal one card to each of the 10 columns from the stock
You can only deal when no columns are empty
The stock contains 5 rounds of 10 cards each
Complete sequences (King to Ace of the same suit) are automatically removed
Win by removing all eight complete sequences from the board
The game is lost if no more moves are possible
